WBC has put together a new tool-kit of Virtual Workshops for those that are working from home or simply find this format more useful.  All of our workshops are virtual training solutions that offer:

  • Delivery in easily managed bite-sized chunks.
  • Remote delivery.
  • Workshop size is strictly limited to 10 to encourage interaction.
  • Subject matter experts who are experienced practitioners in their field.

E.  Virtual Workshop on Stakeholder Management.  One of the key requirements for successful change is to have the right people supporting what you are trying to do.  Stakeholder Management is an art and we will share with you some of the systems and processes as well as the key success factors that will help you do this.  2 x 1 .5 hour sessions (3 hours total).  More here.

G.  Virtual Workshop on Corporate Social Responsibility.  Managers need to be able to implement best practice Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to ensure project sustainability. I.  Virtual Consulting on Managing the New Reality.  Extended periods of working from home and working virtually with colleagues can introduce unforeseen stresses and strains into your company.  WBC will work with you and your company to identify and implement customised opportunities to maintain corporate culture; maintain employee engagement and to improve communications.

J.  Virtual Coaching:  coaching for managers and executives to help you understand what you need to do, make plans and implement.  This could take the form of follow up to the above webinars to help you to embed the learnings.
