This is a new course from Warren Business Consulting, developed in response to requests from those who have attended our MBA in Oil & Gas courses and are taking on new responsibilities. With challenging market conditions, new technologies disrupting markets and business models and the impact of the “Great Crew Change”, this is a difficult time to take on leadership roles in the oil and gas business. It’s all the more important therefore to understand the core principles of good leadership and how to apply them in our sector.

The programme is aimed at experienced oil and gas professionals who have recently taken on managing teams of people or are about to do so, especially those taking responsibility for specialist functions beyond their own, or those managing in a Matrix Management style organisation.
