Case History of a Successful Negotiation

One day course delivered in Aberdeen

We welcomed 18 delegates from a Chinese oil company to a special one day course in Aberdeen as part of a week of UK based training organised by PetroMentor of Beijing. Delivered by David Finlayson, Chairman, and Mark Groves Gidney, Managing Director of Warren Business Consulting, the course focused on understanding the key factors involved in preparing for entry into new markets, in particular the negotiations with different stakeholders, using the case study of a previous successful negotiation as background for developing their own expertise.

Delegates went away commenting they ““Will be able to use this case study experience to  help in our investments in international area,” and more confident in their understanding of the process – “This made me more familiar with the negotiation process, which will help me to work better.”
